Highlights from Recent Projects
Railay was hired by ShopStream, an e-commerce SaaS provider, to augment their staff with a team of software developers in Vietnam. The co-founder and COO of ShopStream met Railay at an industry event and decided to work with them to hire three senior developers, two mid-level, and five junior team members. Railay successfully recruited and managed the team, providing extended team services for ShopStream on a daily basis.
Argan Capital, a financial services company, engaged Railay to build a remote team in Vietnam. The decision to outsource non-core IT functions came as a cost-cutting measure following the Covid19 pandemic. Railay was recommended by a partner in Hong Kong and successfully assembled a 15-person team consisting of two junior, three mid-level, and ten senior engineers. The team supports Argan Capital's operations in Europe and occasionally provides custom software development services.
Railay also worked with a manufacturer and retailer of construction materials operating in Poland and Scandinavia. The company needed to develop a B2B e-commerce platform for web and mobile devices. Railay was referred by a satisfied business partner and was entrusted with the project. They developed the platform from scratch, providing a more convenient and transparent process for the company's customers. The project, which began in September 2019, has cost $100,000 so far.
