Rai Techintro was hired by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA) of the Government of Dubai to automate their examination processes. The project involved implementing a customized version of Rai Techintro's Disamina product, an online examination software. The goal was to create a comprehensive solution for managing the examination, registration, invigilation, and result generation processes with minimal manual intervention. The cloud-based solution was customized to SIRA's requirements and deployed in their local client-server environment. The new system modernized SIRA's traditional paper-based examination system and drastically reduced the time taken for various stages of the process. Rai Techintro handled all the development while SIRA had a team of around four people for implementation and unit testing. The project was successful, with the client expressing satisfaction with the modernization and efficiency of the new system.
