Ragnarson was hired by Global Climate Changer GmbH to build a SaaS platform aimed at helping companies reduce their CO2e emissions. The team at Ragnarson, consisting of 2-5 employees, demonstrated competence and professionalism, delivering high-quality results within the agreed budget and timeline. They developed charts that exceeded design expectations and provided impactful data insights. Their creation of a drag-and-drop-enabled Kanban board improved platform organization and efficiency. Moreover, the enterprise-grade dashboard they built empowered the product's users with data-driven decision-making capabilities and comprehensive reporting. The client was particularly impressed with Ragnarson's ability to balance hard engineering details and flexibility, and their integrity in guiding the focus towards validated features.

For a vacation rentals platform similar to Airbnb, Ragnarson was tasked with maintaining the viability of legacy code, upgrading the Ruby on Rails application, reducing technical debt, and fixing bugs. The team, consisting of three developers and a project manager, began by upgrading the Ruby and Ruby on Rails versions in the existing code. Then, they focused on fixing the long-standing bugs and making the app functional. Finally, they optimized the speed and performance of the application. The client was pleased with the progress and the improvement in the quality and ease of maintenance of the application.

Hiperpool, a recruitment and career development platform, hired Ragnarson to redevelop their platform, build new features, and provide maintenance. Ragnarson rebuilt the system using Ruby on Rails and helped with the Salesforce integration. The project was divided into three phases: maintenance and putting out fires, building new features, and launching the new product. Currently, in the third phase, Ragnarson provides application management, support, and maintenance for the platform. The engagement, which began in June 2021, is ongoing and the client is in constant contact with two senior developers from Ragnarson. The client has invested between $100,000–$200,000 in this partnership.
