Radial Development Group, LLC was engaged by Contact Mapping, Inc., a connection management company, to enhance their development team and improve areas such as dependency management, local build processes, and CI/CD pipeline. The main goal of the project was to establish a uniform local development process, enabling anyone using a macOS machine to complete their initial builds within half an hour. Additionally, the project aimed to automate iOS and Android builds and deployments to their respective stores. The project was centered around their primary product, a personal CRM built on Android and iOS. The team was composed of a project lead and 1-2 other developers who provided occasional support.
