QZentrum

QZentrum was hired by QG-Quality Governance, a company providing product and service to the target market, for end-to-end SAP testing and quality governance for their FI/CO and MM implementation. The project scope included designing a test strategy, creating automated regression suites, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), and providing zero-defect Go-Live support. QZentrum was chosen for their cost-effectiveness, cultural fit, and alignment with the company's values. The QZentrum team, consisting of 2-5 employees, handled the entire quality assurance lifecycle for the SAP implementation. They managed test data preparation, executed multiple cycles of system integration testing, and implemented automated regression testing. Governance activities included weekly status reporting, defect triage meetings, and a thorough risk assessment prior to go-live to ensure a zero-defect launch. Deliverables included a master test strategy and plan, comprehensive test cases and scripts, defect logs and resolution reports, UAT sign-off documentation, and a final quality governance report with a Go-Live readiness assessment and key performance indicators.
