The main objectives were to establish a set of metrics for performance tracking and enhance the acquisition system's features and performance. Quintagroup worked closely with the company's leadership to understand their objectives and conducted a thorough review of their codebase. They then successfully redefined the technical roadmap and execution plan. They built a Cloudwatch dashboard on AWS, created logging for each KPI/metric, and developed numerous features to enhance the system's performance and stability. The team consisted of a fractional CTO, two full-time developers, and a product manager.
A health organization hired Quintagroup for web and software development. The task was to link veterinarian prescriptions with the correct veterinarian and veterinary clinic, as well as the French database of veterinarian drugs. Quintagroup developed an e-commerce platform using Python and JavaScript and created a database to record each time veterinary drugs were sold with a prescription. They also developed a health management application for sales and vet prescription recording. The CEO worked with a project manager and about ten other people on the project. The engagement, which started in 2013, is still ongoing, with an investment of around €300,000.
Exchange That Loan, a platform where lenders can buy and sell loans, engaged Quintagroup to build a platform for transactions as part of their shift from a consulting service to an online marketplace model. Quintagroup built the online marketplace using Python and Django, delivering a polished frontend and a functional backend. The first-stage MVP was delivered a month ago, and the platform is now in the beta-testing phase. The team consisted of a frontend engineer, backend engineers, a DevOps specialist, and a designer. The partnership, which started in November of last year, is ongoing with an investment of just under $100,000.
