QuickBox Fulfillment

QuickBox Fulfillment was hired by Sicuro Brands, a company that provides survival and firearm tools, to improve their shipping and inventory management processes. The COO of Sicuro Brands sought fast, accurate, and flexible shipping solutions for their customers. QuickBox Fulfillment was referred to them and a team of 2-5 employees was assigned to the project. The scope of work included warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping, returns processing, and freight forwarding for physical goods sold through direct-to-consumer channels and Amazon within the domestic U.S. market. The team at QuickBox Fulfillment was able to maintain an order accuracy rate of over 99.5%, an inventory accuracy of over 99.8%, and an on-time shipment rate of over 98%. Returns were processed within 48 hours of receipt and monthly reports on key KPIs were provided. The client was pleased with the seamless integration with Amazon Seller Central and their DTC Platform, and the real-time syncing of inventory levels and order statuses. The dedicated account manager was responsive and ensured performance oversight.
