Qubiz was engaged by a warehouse software company to create a new warehouse management system (WMS) from scratch. The old system was based on outdated technology and failed to meet the client's needs. Qubiz worked closely with the client, who provided them with all the functional specifications. The client previously had a hand in the technical solution, but this responsibility was fully assumed by Qubiz. They built the new WMS using Microsoft Azure components. The Qubiz team was composed of a scrum manager, a system architect, a quality control person, testers, and developers. The client chose to work with Qubiz after considering several suppliers and has been satisfied with both the cost and quality of their work. The collaboration began in January 2015 and is still ongoing.
