QuarkWorks was engaged by an apparel company to create a custom UX/UI design for their Shopify website. The team developed a custom software that was integral to the client's unique business model and integrated APIs. They utilized React, .NET framework, PHP, and Python for development and also managed some UX design. The project, which ran from December 2017 to January 2019, was handled by a team of 5-6 people led by Bryan, the CEO of QuarkWorks. The client praised QuarkWorks for their excellent customer service and the results they delivered.

Handshake, a platform that helps students secure internships or their first job after graduation, hired QuarkWorks to build the Android version of their iOS mobile application. The QuarkWorks team provided end-to-end development, including building out the architecture, writing coding, and deploying the solution in the Google Play Store. They also recommended UX/UI changes to accommodate the differences between iOS and Android navigation. The project, which was handled by 2-3 developers, ran from March 2018 to March 2019.

QuarkWorks was hired to build an Android mobile app for a notifications company. The app, which sends out highly-targeted, localized notifications, was built in collaboration with the client's developers to match the features of the existing iOS version. The app also includes live video-streaming capabilities. The QuarkWorks team, led by Bryan and Brett, the CEO and CTO respectively, provided valuable product advice throughout the engagement. The project, which cost between $10,000 and $50,000, was completed within three to four months.
