Quant Solutions was hired by Shaker & Spoon, a cocktail kit manufacturer, to provide financial management services. The primary goals were to maintain clean books, assist in creating company-wide processes for bookkeeping, and to provide financial analysis for growth and profitability strategies. Quant Solutions, referred by a trusted source and chosen for their aligned company values, assigned a team of 2-5 employees to the project. The team successfully kept the company's books clean and organized, despite multiple revenue streams and a constantly changing inventory. They liaised with accountants for tax filing purposes, analyzed finances regularly, and assisted in creating growth strategies. Additionally, they helped establish systems for bookkeeping and educated the company on business finances. They also managed Accounts Payable and assisted with other back office tasks as needed.
