Qualbees

Qualbees was hired by the startup FeedGap to develop a custom survey and reporting system with a unique reverse feedback feature. This system allowed respondents to receive tailored advice and feedback based on their responses, thus fostering an immediate connection and follow-up opportunity. The project had to be completed within ninety days with a user-friendly interface, despite the complexities stemming from the design features and data rights. The result was a system with four main functionalities including an admin module, client authoring, reporting, and cloud deployment. The startup founder expressed satisfaction with Qualbees' approach, design expertise, programming knowledge, responsiveness, flexibility, and cost effectiveness. The software was developed by a single primary developer who managed design, development, project management, and testing. The client praised the developer's intelligence, innovativeness, professionalism, flexibility, patience, experience, and helpfulness. The project was delivered on time, within budget, and with little guidance from the client.
