Quadrant Alpha Technology Solutions was hired by Philippine Aslam Corporation, a food manufacturing company, to improve and automate their payroll processing, as well as provide efficient payroll administration. After being recommended by a referral, Quadrant Alpha beat out other teams to earn the job. The team of 2-5 employees given the project was responsible for implementing and deploying an HRIS. This system includes gathering requirements, system configuration, data migration, user access setup, workflow automation, system integration, and system testing.

Key deliverables accomplished by Quadrant Alpha included a fully operational, expertly-configured HRIS platform, successful migration of employee and HR data, and setup of user roles, permissions, and workflows. The team also integrated essential systems like payroll and attendance into the HRIS. Plus, they introduced standard HR reports and dashboards to facilitate smoother operations. These accomplishments were made possible through the meticulous work put into the project by the Quadrant Alpha team.
