The project began in 2018 and saw QR Solutions migrating the company's existing servers to AWS, and managing their custom-built ERP system. They also assisted in building a new lead management tool from scratch for the company's dealership networks. The team from QR Solutions comprised of 15-20 people, with three main points of contact for the client. The project, which cost approximately $27,000 USD, began in August 2020 and was completed in February 2021.
QR Solutions Pty Ltd was hired by a national nonprofit working in animal protection to manage their Salesforce platform. The small in-house team at the nonprofit found navigating Salesforce time-consuming and challenging, and QR Solutions was brought on board to manage updates, maintenance, report building and troubleshooting.
