Qetra LLC

Qetra LLC, a highly-rated software development firm, was solicited by OP Solutions, an IT solutions company primarily assisting independent orthotics, and prosthetics clinics. The task was to reconstruct an electronic health records (EHR) and practice management (PM) system. This Herculean project came after two previous teams failed, costing OP Solutions not just time, but a substantial financial loss as well. The endeavor involved resolving critical technical debts left by predecessors and working on a range of areas such as system architecture, UI/UX design and mock-ups, clinical workflow, healthcare compliance, HL7 support, and security aspects.

In the course of collaboration, Qetra LLC convincingly addressed very complex architectural challenges and delivered a system that is visually compelling, user-friendly and more efficient than other EHRs/PMs in this particular specialty. More recently, the work advanced to include AI integration in the development process and applying AI-powered features in the product. Specifically, the collaboration team comprised of 2–5 members from Qetra LLC. The affinity developed between the two companies was derived from shared corporate values.

Since commencing their partnership in January 2024, OP Solutions reported an investment of around $300,000 to the project. To this day, their affiliation continues. It started with a referral, and OP Solutions chose Qetra LLC over other contenders as its ratings were high, its pricing matched OP Solutions' budget, and it promised good value for cost. In conclusion, all parties affirmed the value and success of the partnership thus far.
