The goal was to develop additional features and connect existing digital assets. QDS developed react-native front end screens and integrated API data with the back-end and a third party service, Garmin. The team comprised of a project manager and a senior developer. For a retail business, QDS was brought on board to revamp the aesthetics of the website and implement certain systems to meet the needs of the COVID-19 situation and customer requirements. The vendor was chosen for their industry knowledge, portfolio, and experience, and for the way they communicated their ideas. The project involved several video meetings to communicate objectives and plan the web development process. The team from QDS included a project manager, 1-2 web developers, and a web designer. The goal was to accelerate the development processes for new features and make the platform easier to onboard and implement across organizations of any size. The MVP included an AI-based regulatory intelligence scanning feature that attracted the interest of numerous investors and large financial services companies. The platform was successfully migrated from Python to Node.js and from a traditional server setup to a serverless architecture.
