QAwerk

QAwerk was hired by a medical equipment manufacturer to support their testing efforts in the development of software for complex simulators used in the education and training of surgeons. The vendor was chosen based on their experience in the QA field, their knowledge of the technologies used in the software development, and their cost estimates. QAwerk provided manual testing of the application, particularly regression testing and confirmation testing, which are time-consuming processes. The team consisted of two manual testers.

The CEO of a social media toolkit company engaged QAwerk to perform QA and test their Android app. The aim was to identify bugs and assess the overall quality of the app. QAwerk was chosen based on their excellent pre-project assessment. The team, consisting of a QA engineer and a project manager, performed stress testing for various Android devices and contributed to the company's bug database by detailing all crashes and bugs.

Arctype, a software company, hired QAwerk for software testing across an extensive and complex UI with many workflows and technical complexities related to connecting to databases and running SQL queries. QAwerk was selected because of their communication skills, professionalism, understanding of complex app testing, and excellent proposal. The project started with a proposal phase, followed by testing weekly builds of the product. The QAwerk team, consisting of a project manager, QA testers, and a sales rep, sent monthly reports with helpful suggestions and worked with the Arctype team in a shared Slack channel.
