QA Consultants partnered with Shoppers Drug Mart to provide software testing automation. The company was facing challenges with a lack of a solid resource structure and constant turnover of staff from various agencies. QA Consultants brought innovative thinking and flexibility to the project, working on every single insurance domain project that Shoppers Drug Mart had. They also introduced Test Factory, a model that allowed easy communication and flexibility in resource allocation. The collaboration, which cost around $16 million over three years, has been ongoing for eight years, with the most recent project being the implementation of the Guidewire platform.

QA Consultants worked with Allcal, an event planning firm, to provide QA testing for a new feature. The company was unable to handle the QA process internally due to their small team size. QA Consultants built test cases independently, without the need for extensive documentation. The project was overseen by a team leader and carried out by one specialist. The engagement, which cost between $10,000 and $50,000, has been ongoing since July 2016, with QA Consultants being called upon for larger-scale projects that require more extensive testing.

QA Consultants was hired by a national retail chain to provide manual and automated testing for various large projects. The projects included a complete rewrite of an AS/400 application, frontend website upgrades, backend system upgrades, and a big data project. QA Consultants also provided testing environments when needed. The cost of their services ranged from $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 per year. The engagement began in 2010 with close to 70 testers from QA Consultants' team. However, due to a strategic change in the organization in 2014, the number of testers was reduced as more full-time in-house resources were brought in.
