For Allcal, an event planning firm, QA Consultants were hired to vet a new feature before its deployment. They independently built test cases for the web-based software without the need for extensive documentation. The project was overseen by a team leader and a specialist who did most of the work. The engagement started in July 2016 and has been ongoing for larger-scale projects requiring more extensive testing, with an investment between $10,000-$50,000.

QA Consultants worked with a national retail chain to provide manual and automated testing services for various large projects. These included a complete rewrite of an AS/400 application, frontend website upgrades, backend system upgrades, and a big data project. The company also provided resources as needed for the projects, with costs ranging between $1,500,000 and $2,000,000 per year. The engagement started in 2010 with around 70 testers from QA Consultants. However, due to strategic changes in the organization in 2014, the involvement of QA Consultants was reduced.
