Q Optix Inc. worked with the National Incarceration Association to create multiple marketing videos to explain the complex work of the organization. They produced two five-minute videos and 2-3 one-minute videos, using role-play in classroom settings to illustrate the organization's work. Q Optix led the scripting and editing process, following extensive collaboration with the client. The project, which cost between $7,500 and $10,000, took two weeks and ran from December 2019 to January 2020, with a follow-up public service announcement currently in the works.
For the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse, Q Optix Inc. provided video production and design services for a state-funded campaign to end the stigma of addiction recovery. They developed a billboard campaign featuring portraits of people in recovery, provided social media support, filmed interviews for a video campaign, and shot 30-second testimonials at an awareness day at the state capital. They also visited recovery centers to gather additional footage. The project began in February 2019 and ended in February 2020.
Q Optix Inc. assisted the National Incarceration Association with social media marketing to attract more donors and supporters. They also worked on a prior project for the Georgia Council on Substance Abuse, filming interviews with people in addiction recovery and producing videos to share their stories. The stories were judged, with the winner featured on billboards across Georgia. The video production project cost around $50,000 and took place in March 2018. The current social media marketing project has also cost around $50,000.
