PYCOGroup

PYCOGroup partnered with a fashion company to develop a web-based product customization application for use in stores. The app allows customers to choose a bag and customize it with various options, such as tea roses, souvenir pins, and prairie rivets. Visuals were incorporated to enhance the user experience, enabling customers to visualize the bag and select their colors prior to placing an order. The app has been deployed in over 150 store locations and is regularly updated by PYCOGroup with new offers and customization options. The project, which began in February 2017, was completed in just three weeks and has since been under continuous maintenance and updates. The fashion company invested $250,000 in this partnership and expressed satisfaction with the outcome.

PYCOGroup was contracted by the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to design, build, and deliver a mobile application for citizens. The TravellersOnline mobile application was developed to merge existing web services into a user-friendly mobile platform and leverage the capabilities of mobile devices to enhance the services provided to traveling Belgian citizens. The project involved a mix of internal personnel from the ministry and local and offshore personnel from PYCOGroup, with project managers on both sides. PYCOGroup was chosen for this project through an official tender process, in which they demonstrated the best understanding and experience relative to the project objectives.
