Pwrteams

Pwrteams completed a staff augmentation project for SweepBright, a PropTech startup based in Belgium and France. The company's CTO sought Pwrteams' expertise in HR and outsourcing to expand their development team. Pwrteams had already been a partner and had proven their ability to provide solid engineers. The collaboration involved defining requirements, screening candidates, and conducting technical and internal interviews. Pwrteams continues to play an active role in HR for the engineers. Currently, four full-time engineers are working with SweepBright.

In another project, a wellness and fitness coaching firm hired Pwrteams to maintain and further develop its corporate platforms. The former Head of Digital of the company found Pwrteams through a referral and selected them based on their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and good value for cost. Pwrteams' team of 6-10 employees was tasked with the maintenance and development of backend and frontend, DevOps, and testing of deliverables.

For a Real Estate Tech Company, March, Pwrteams was hired to provide AI and Big Data Software Development services. The Tech Lead of March needed a skilled backend developer-data engineer. Pwrteams was selected for their budget-friendly pricing and good value for cost. The scope of work involved developing an internal tool that uses predictive machine learning algorithms, a web application, a user interface, a matching engine, and sending proactive mails. One Pwrteams employee was assigned to this project.
