In another project, Pullman Marketing was hired by Palouse Carpet Cleaning, a small carpet and flooring cleaning and installation company, to assist with customer acquisition. Pullman Marketing provided brand creation, logo generation, website design and implementation, and advertising services. They also incorporated a quote request form on the website and assisted with keyword searches, Google listings, and social media advertising. The client, who invested around $10,000 in the project, praised Pullman Marketing for guiding them through a process that was completely unfamiliar to them. The partnership, which started in June 2018, is ongoing.

Pullman Marketing also assisted ShotHarness LLC, a company that promotes a product for developing a "perfect form basketball shot", with their social media marketing. The company needed help setting up their social media accounts and navigating within the social sites. Pullman Marketing helped establish the social media accounts, guided the client in making posts, and helped with the settings within the social media platforms. The team also helped the client start adding followers to their social media sites. The client was satisfied with the path charted by Pullman Marketing to establish their social media footprint.
