Ptype UX & Product Design Agency was engaged by a financial institution to design a prototype for a new feature on their web application service and portal. The agency was chosen for their expertise and ability to deliver quickly. The project, which ran from October 2015 to August 2016, saw a designer from Ptype working both remotely and in-person to build the designs into a prototype. The client was pleased with the work and the prototype was completed successfully.

In a separate project, Ptype was hired by a large technology company to provide UX design and training. The company needed a tool for wireframing and communicating requirements that could be used across the team. Ptype trained several members of the company on Axure and also created a component library to streamline the workflow process. The training sessions were comprehensive and ensured the team fully understood the tool. The engagement lasted from 2015 to 2017 and was successful in getting the entire UX team on the same platform.

Ptype was also contracted by a luxury artisan skincare company to redesign their website. The company, which operates digitally, wanted to improve their customer experience and increase website retention and sales. Ptype redesigned the website from the ground up, incorporating design elements that set the brand apart from competitors. The project team consisted of a project manager, a designer, and a developer. The redesigned website was well-received and met the company's goals.
