Provoc worked with a collaborative of nine racial equity organizations to create a messaging campaign and associated collateral aimed at promoting voter turnout and census participation. The project, which began in May 2019, involved the creation of RSVPs, posters, event invites, press releases, email blasts, text messages, and social media marketing on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Provoc was able to adapt the campaign to a digital space effectively. The team of 7-9 people was engaged at a cost of $250,000-$300,000.

In another project, Provoc assisted a regional foundation in Southwest Pennsylvania with the development of an equity communications toolkit and the facilitation of workshops. This project, which ran from June 2018 to June 2020, involved developing definitions and distributing them within other members of the foundation. The final product was a digital toolkit. Provoc also facilitated workshops with grantees, starting from spring 2019. The project, carried out by a team of two, including their director of equity, cost between $50,000-$200,000.
