Highlights from Recent Projects
Proven worked with a nonprofit organization to provide comprehensive web development, IT support, and marketing services. The team was responsible for website development and maintenance, press releases, fundraising software maintenance, and annual fundraising promotions. They also handled scheduled Eblasts to members and donors, offered general IT consultations, and brainstormed fundraising ideas using social media. The project team varied from 2 to 6 people, depending on the task, with a project leader coordinating all tasks in a timely manner. The CEO of Proven was also readily available for consultation.
Proven partnered with the National Fragile X Foundation, a nonprofit organization for families living with Fragile X, an inherited intellectual developmental disability. They provided communications support, including web development, social media, writing, and graphic design. They helped devise a marketing strategy, including digital outreach, targeting different audiences, graphic design, and copywriting. They also assisted with the website's UI and provided technical coding for the site. In case of any server issues, they provided IT service support. The team consisted of a main point of contact and three other team members. The partnership began in April 2018 and is ongoing.
Proven was hired by the RJAD Project of Columbia University to design a user-friendly website to house their curriculum. The website needed to be easily usable by academics, students, and community people alike. The team worked on creating an easily navigable website with a robust search capability. The website featured embedded videos, well-organized pages for individual courses, social media integration, and was ADA accessible. It also had a newsletter registration feature and was responsive on mobile. The project team consisted of 2-5 employees from Proven. The company was chosen for this project due to their competitive pricing, cultural fit, and aligned company values.
