Provanta

Provanta was contracted by A Smart CV to develop an application for writing CVs and cover letters. The founder of A Smart CV enlisted Provanta for their affordable pricing, value for cost and culture fit. The project entailed scoping the product, creating a prototype then developing fully. The final deliverable was a comprehensive AI-assisted tool for crafting specialized CVs and cover letters. All customer CVs and cover letters were to be logically stored with a personal dashboard and a subscription payment system linked to Stripe.

Key features of the application developed by Provanta for A Smart CV include an administrative function for management of the app and AI providers. The solution was geared towards creating tailored CVs for specific roles provided by the customer. The strategy also included the creation of a working prototype to validate the concept along with comprehensive specifications and scope. To supplement this, all customer CVs and cover letters were strategically stored in a logical system with a personal dashboard.

The necessary facilities to run the application and manage AI providers and activity prompts were embedded in the solution. Further to this, the final application was integrated with a subscription payment system linked to Stripe to streamline the financial operations of A Smart CV.
