Protos Technology LLC

Protos Technology LLC was hired by PGS Consulting Group, an international insurance agency, to integrate the management of their general insurance agency. The project aimed at integrating all digital marketing processes for prospect capture, classification, underwriting, administrative management, renewals, customer service and policy renewal. The project resulted in a 96% persistence portfolio and a 65% time saving in the administrative management of agents. The team from Protos Technology consisted of a project leader, a project manager and a team of four developers. The decision to hire Protos was based on their commitment to excellence, professional talent, and understanding of the client's processes and weaknesses.

In another project, Protos Technology was hired by an independent insurance broker and financial advisor to design and develop a website from scratch, following the blocking of the client's personal brand accounts on Instagram and Facebook. The project also involved the design of the client's brand logo. The website provides details about the client's professional career, the companies he works with, and his products. It also allows customers to schedule appointments and request insurance quotes. Protos Technology also integrated Google Analytics into the website and provided training for the client and one of his employees to upload information. The third project involved the development of a web and mobile application for ChikisPancakes. Protos Technology was tasked with designing and developing a user-friendly interface for the application, implementing functionalities to guide customers through the order process, and integrating the system with the existing infrastructure. They also ensured the security and reliability of the system, conducted testing and quality assurance, provided documentation and training materials for staff members, and provided monitoring and support after deployment. The team from Protos Technology consisted of 6-10 employees.
