Highlights from Recent Projects
Prospus was hired by MNX Global Logistics, a company specializing in time-critical logistics, to develop a new website that consolidated all entities under the MNX brand. The goal was to create a modern, search engine optimized and mobile-friendly website. Prospus collaborated with a branding firm to develop the website, which involved creating a new identity, copy, and design. The website also had to integrate with three separate operating systems to display shipment tracking information. The project was successfully completed in a staging environment before being launched.
In another project, Prospus was contracted by Innovation Protocol, a strategic brand consulting and design firm, to develop a website for their client, MNX. The goal of the project was to deliver a world-class WordPress website on time and within budget. Prospus was selected for their ability to deliver high-quality work at a competitive price. The project involved developing the website based on provided wireframes and design files, configuring CMS and databases in a staging environment, developing navigation and menus, installing plug-ins, and configuring APIs. The final deliverable was a WordPress website with an alert system, a package tracking mechanism, and a series of tagged, randomized case studies.
Prospus was also hired by Decisionship, an IP provider for early-stage investors, to develop an app that would replace their existing program. The app was designed to help founders understand their business and motivations, with multiple programs within it. Prospus was selected after a comprehensive search on Elance (now Upwork), which included a request for tender, interviews, and proposals regarding the scope of work. The app, which included 12 complex tools functioning as apps within the app, was successfully developed for launch. Prospus provided an account manager, a tech lead, and up to 20 developers for the project.
