Proper Sky

Proper Sky was hired by a medical practice to install and manage their entire IT services suite, which included VOIP, cybersecurity, EHR, office security cameras, credit card billing, and other services. The goal of the project was to ensure seamless operation of all IT services. The project involved installation and continuous management of all IT needs. The company founder and a team leader were the primary contacts, but the client also interacted with many other supporting members at Proper Sky. The result was an efficient IT system that allowed the medical practice to focus on their work without worrying about IT issues.

In another project, Proper Sky provided managed IT and cybersecurity services for a nonprofit organization. The company had previously had in-house IT staff, but decided to outsource their IT needs. Proper Sky conducted a complete assessment of the organization's IT infrastructure and environment, managed the IT helpdesk, purchased and installed hardware and software, maintained and upgraded servers, managed security cameras and phone systems, provided cybersecurity training for employees, and implemented a ticketing system. The project was a success, with the nonprofit organization benefiting from improved IT infrastructure and environment.

Proper Sky was also engaged by DJS Associates, Inc., a forensic consulting and litigation support services provider, to provide managed IT services. The project goals included partnering with leadership on the company IT budget, rolling out new hardware and software systems company-wide, upgrading network capabilities, and developing an IT strategic plan. Proper Sky successfully transitioned the company from an in-house IT team to a managed service client, providing remote and on-site help desk services, technology consultation services, and project management. The company also implemented multi-redundant backup services, monitoring, patching, and end-point protection. The result was a more productive team, more effective use of systems and storage capacities, and a safer, well-organized, efficient, supportive, and cost-effective IT structure.
