Propel PMO was hired by The Agile Partners to create an efficient outsourcing model that maximizes cost while maintaining high-quality delivery. The important goals included shortening time to hire, standardizing recruitment processes, enhancing stakeholder communication and setting up regulations to guarantee consistency and quality. Propel PMO gave us their services by developing a structured and scalable staffing delivery model, including operating model design, submission governance framework, intake and screening templates, reporting dashboards, SLA tracking, and a hybrid onshore/offshore delivery structure. We started working with Propel PMO in February 2024, and our partnership is still ongoing.
