Proof Branding was hired by KIPP Nashville, a group of charter schools, to create a unified marketing strategy and develop informational materials with similar branding. The company worked closely with KIPP Nashville to design and develop collateral, one-sheeters for each school, annual reports, and mailers for families in the area. The collaboration has been ongoing since September 2016, with KIPP Nashville investing between $50,000 and $75,000 in the project.

Noka Supply Company, a health accessories startup, engaged Proof Branding to overhaul its branding and website. The company provided Proof Branding with its vision for the brand's future, which led to a brainstorming session to determine the brand attributes to be represented in the logo, color scheme, and imagery. A new logo, branding scheme, and website design were created and the new site was built. The project ran from August 2017 to March 2018 and cost $17,000.

Proof Branding was contracted by the Boys' Club of New York (BCNY), a youth development nonprofit, to address issues with its existing website and provide a solution that better reflected the organization's standards. Proof Branding provided BCNY with two options: quick fixes to the existing design and code or a complete redesign and redevelopment of the website.
