Promevo

Promevo completed a large-scale project for a top question and answer website, migrating years of archival and active data from Exchange to Google Apps. They also integrated data from multiple smaller companies that the client had acquired. Promevo provided training for the client's IT team and remote training for employees to get used to the Google engine. This ongoing project has been in progress for over two years, due to the client's fast growth. The client was extremely satisfied with Promevo's technical skills, support, and tools, which allowed them to manage over 195 users and thousands of documents created weekly.

Promevo also worked with a digital marketing agency, assisting with a domain migration as part of their international expansion and rebranding. The project involved moving 200 user accounts from one domain to another, which was mostly completed over a weekend. Promevo also assisted with the migration of user data from Google Apps or Microsoft Exchange for three companies the client had acquired. The client appreciated Promevo's resources, skills, and knowledge, and found their services to be competitively priced. They were particularly pleased with how Promevo handled glitches and followed up to ensure all issues were resolved.
