Highlights from Recent Projects
Prolific Digital was hired by a leading cancer-fighting organization to revamp its branding and event collateral for a fundraising event. The goal was to re-energize loyal attendees and attract new ones by refreshing the event's identity. Prolific Digital created a complete brand identity including a new logo, color scheme, and tagline. They also developed a suite of marketing materials such as social media templates and save-the-date mailers, ensuring everything aligned with the new brand. The Senior Development Manager of the organization expressed satisfaction with the deliverables, stating that they provided a strong foundation for communication and practical tools that could be used immediately.
Prolific Digital collaborated with a nonprofit organization serving 23 counties in Eastern Kentucky to improve its branding, web design, and development. The nonprofit wanted a website with a "wow factor" to attract donations and provide information to its four different audiences: job seekers, employers, stakeholders, and lawmakers. Prolific Digital provided rebranding services, including web design, web development, logos, and color schemes. They built the website on WordPress and developed a career map that shows users the physical locations of the nonprofit. They also offered a maintenance plan and retainer. The IT director of the nonprofit reported satisfaction with Prolific Digital's work, noting that the new website went live in December 2024 and they continue to provide maintenance services.
Prolific Digital worked with Hoffman Estates Park District, a government entity, to redesign and redevelop its website from scratch. The superintendent of communications and marketing for the Park District reported that Prolific Digital's proposal was the most extensive of all the others, explaining how they would meet their needs and what added value they would bring with their branding expertise. Prolific Digital collaborated with them during the discovery phase and are currently working on the website redesign and redevelopment. The Park District has invested around $106,000 in the development project and Prolific Digital is also hosting their website. The engagement started in May 2025 and is ongoing.
