For AMIC POLSKA Sp. z o.o., a company with a network of over 100 fuel points across Poland, Prognetics was tasked with devising a payment solution to improve customer convenience and operational efficiency. The team from Prognetics conducted a comprehensive business and technical analysis of AMIC's existing payment landscape, ultimately creating a detailed system architecture. Key deliverables included documentation essential for cashless payment implementation and a clear implementation roadmap. The project resulted in a system architecture aligned with global gas station standards, ready for cashless payment implementation across various channels.

Prognetics was engaged by a consulting company for team augmentation.
