Progatix

Progatix was hired by Pigybak, a company that connects neighborhoods with group deals on home services, to launch an MVP, roll out a Beta, and optimize and stress test their architecture. The company's CEO found Progatix through a referral and was drawn to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, and company culture. The project team from Progatix, consisting of 2-5 employees, was tasked with architecting the project which included SQL database design, AWS architecture and optimization, API-based microservices management, Mapbox and Firebase integration. They also brainstormed workflows, created additional functionality flows, recommended streamlined solutions for desired outcomes, and ensured application continuity. Furthermore, they designed, created, and managed an administrative portal to track KPIs and manage policies and users.
