That Product Studio

That Product Studio (TPS) was hired by Ordo, an Open Banking payment service provider, to develop the UX for a new market payment service. The project involved identifying a range of use-cases and customer journeys based on industry guidelines. TPS generated blueprints to detail each use case and created clickable user journeys, which were iterated to produce a final set. The final journeys were used to map out process flows, data models, and service catalogues and also served as a demonstrator to prospective clients. The project was carried out by one full-time UX/UI person from TPS with additional project support for seven weeks.

In another project, Aware Technologies Limited, a company that produces hardware and software for home environment measurements, engaged TPS for UI/UX expertise. TPS was tasked with designing a customer journey to transform complex data into easily understood information. They sent out surveys and questionnaires to define and build user personas and designed prototypes of the new service. The project, which started in November 2020, is ongoing and has involved an investment of approximately $180,600 USD.

TPS also worked with ayda, a virtual and hybrid events platform, to build and validate their product in the market. TPS contributed to shaping the early-stage products and the overall strategy of the software development project. They co-developed and designed the first version and continue to build different features and enhancements. The project, which commenced in May 2021, has involved an investment of about $150,000. The team from TPS working on this project includes their CTO, two developers for the front- and backend, and occasionally their Chief Design Officer.
