That Product Studio (TPS) was contracted by Ordo, an Open Banking payment service provider, for the development of a new UX for their upcoming payment service. TPS was chosen due to their successful review of Ordo's existing services. They worked closely with Ordo to generate blueprints, create clickable user journeys and finalize a set of journeys that helped map out process flows, data models, service catalogues, and present the solution to prospective clients. The project involved one full-time UX/UI person and additional project support over seven weeks, and its success has positioned TPS as a trusted partner for Ordo.

Aware Technologies Limited, a company specializing in 3D mapping of home environments, engaged That Product Studio for UX/UI support. The goal was to simplify the complex science behind their technology for customers. TPS constructed a customer journey, transforming raw data into an easily interpretable format. They defined and built user personas, designed service prototypes, and brought the design prototypes to life using tools like Miro, Figma, and another visualization tool. The partnership, which started in November 2020, is ongoing and has seen an investment of approximately $180,600 USD by Aware Technologies.

The hybrid events platform, Ayda, hired That Product Studio to assist in the development of their early-stage product. TPS contributed to the project strategy and co-developed the first version of the product, including front-end and backend development. The process included framing, designing, and testing different iterations, with technical architecture being a critical part of the project. The team composition included the CTO, two developers, and occasional input from the Chief Design Officer. The ongoing engagement, initiated in May 2021, has seen Ayda invest about $150,000 so far.
