Product Mindset was hired by a friendship and dating social app for the autistic community to provide UX/UI consulting. The CEO of the app company sought their expertise to improve the underlying product from a UX perspective. Product Mindset conducted an in-depth review of the current product and suggested several improvements and changes. The engagement with Product Mindset, which was recommended by another startup partner, lasted from September to October 2020.
In a project with ClearOPS, a company that uses NLP and automation to improve processes related to security and privacy, Product Mindset was tasked with improving the layout, CTAs, and efficiency of the company's website. The Business Development Manager of ClearOPS, along with their CTO and a Full-Stack Developer, had a consultation call with Product Mindset to discuss the issues and potential improvements for the website.
Chet, a professional development network, hired Product Mindset for a UX review of their newly launched mobile app. The CEO of Chet aimed to increase user retention by improving the first-time user experience. Elizabeth, the founder of Product Mindset, used the app as a first-time user, recording her thoughts live on video and on paper. These insights were then reviewed in a Zoom call, also involving Chet's in-house designer. The selection of Product Mindset for this project was based on Elizabeth's previous work samples and engagements.
