Process Technologies

Process Technologies was engaged by Triunfo Seguros, a property and life insurance company, to implement the ERP SAP S/4 Hana modules FICO and MM. The project was carried out in stages, including survey, blueprint configuration, integration, data migration, commissioning, and post-production support. The team from Process Technologies consisted of a director, a project manager, a team leader, two senior consultants, and two junior consultants. SAP Argentina had recommended Process Technologies as the best partner for the implementation, and the project was successfully completed to the satisfaction of the client.

A natural gas distribution company hired Process Technologies to implement the SAP ISU for Utilities, with the goals of reducing TCO, modernizing applications, and improving flexibility of changes. The vendor was selected based on their competitive proposal in terms of time, resources, and costs. The implementation covered all SAP ISU customer service and commercial modules. The team included two project managers, a project manager, six team leaders, functional analysts, developers, SAP basis, and project staff. The project was successfully completed, meeting the set objectives.

Process Technologies was hired by a food production company to implement a new SAP ERP system. The company had been using a basic management system and wanted to upgrade to a more comprehensive system. The implementation team consisted of around 20 people, and after the project was completed, a smaller team of about 10 people stayed on to provide support services. The company chose Process Technologies because of their professionalism, project timeline, and costs. The project, which started in July 2018, was completed in 11 months at a cost of around $300,000 USD. The company continues to work with Process Technologies for system support and new developments.
