Proactivo Commerce was hired by Bailey Made Tee's & Boutique, a clothing retailer known for its graphic tees, sweatshirts, and viral jeans, to redesign and migrate their Shopify store. The owner of Bailey Made Tee's & Boutique found Proactivo Commerce through a referral and chose them for their high ratings, great culture fit, good value for cost, and strong recommendation. A team of 6-10 employees from Proactivo Commerce were assigned to this project. The scope of work involved a comprehensive redesign of the entire online store, including migrating from the previous theme to a more modern, visually appealing, and highly interactive design. The goal was to enhance user engagement through intuitive navigation, visually striking elements, and an improved user experience. The project also focused on optimizing store performance by ensuring faster load times, seamless functionality across devices, and an overall smoother browsing experience. Every aspect of the design was meticulously refined to create a compelling and conversion-driven storefront. The results were highly satisfactory, with the new design significantly improving the store's user engagement and overall performance.
