Priorise

Priorise was hired by a San Francisco-based cloud software company to upgrade their data solution system. The client, a leader in Customer Relationship Management technology, sought the expertise of Priorise for their rich experience in Data Solutions, Analytics, and Data Science. The project aimed to provide a more in-depth understanding of the business problems and deliver customized solutions using best-in-class tools. Priorise was chosen for their high ratings, geographic proximity, budget-friendly pricing, culture fit, and aligned company values. A team of 6-10 employees from Priorise was assigned to this project. The scope of work involved enhancing an existing project version by adding more roles, a modularized framework, and a user-friendly visualization. Additional KPIs were also included as part of the new roles. The project was a success, with the client appreciating Priorise's ability to understand their business needs and deliver effective solutions.
