Principia Analytics was engaged by Lamark Media, a full-service marketing agency, to address the challenge of attribution in digital media. The goal was to determine the true impact of the media run for their clients on various platforms. Principia provided a platform that tagged all of Lamark's media with both impressions and click tags. This enabled the agency to see all their media results in one place, along with incrementality and causal attribution reports, thereby helping to identify which channels, audiences, and even keywords had a true impact on customers' decision-making. The platform provided the data needed to optimize and modify their strategy for maximizing marketing spend. As a result of the initial success, Lamark onboarded additional clients and continues to use the same product and service. The project, which began in March 2019, is ongoing and Lamark has invested close to $200,000 in it.
