The team was responsible for the architecture and development of pipelines and infrastructure automation.

A large food and beverage distributor from the Midwest and the Rockies engaged Prime TSR to help with warehouse visualization and supply chain analytics. The goal was to integrate RFID/IoT sensor data with their Warehouse Management System and develop reports and analytical dashboards. Prime TSR was chosen for their appeal to both the technical and business teams. They provided an end-to-end technical solution and change management for the project, with a team size varying from 2 to 8 people.

Prime TSR was contracted by a healthcare real estate company to improve their reporting and analytics solution. The project aimed to integrate three new data sources, reduce the time required to process the data from 18 to 3 hours, and cut the operating cost to support the solution. Prime TSR was referred by AWS and used an Agile approach with two-week development sprints. The solution was launched in waves, starting small and releasing new functionality every two weeks. The team included an engagement manager, an architect, several engineers, and a QA analyst.
