Primary BPO

Primary BPO was hired by Sight Partners, an ophthalmology practice and surgery center, to provide offshore remote scribe services, patient service representatives, and offshore billing and authorization. They were chosen due to their competitive pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost. A team of 18 from Primary BPO was assigned to this project. The scope of work included patient financial committees, live scribing for optometrists and ophthalmologists, scheduling patients, prior authorizations, billing and coding, and marketing initiatives. The referral to Primary BPO resulted in a successful partnership that met the company's objectives and budget.

In another project, Primary BPO was contracted by an Ophthalmic Medical Practice to maximize productivity. They were discovered through an online search and chosen for their budget-friendly pricing and good value for cost. Over 50 teammates from Primary BPO were assigned to this project. The scope of work included multiple departments representing the organization, assisting with billing, insurance authorizations, inbound and outbound calling, and managing incoming and outgoing medical records. The collaboration with Primary BPO resulted in enhanced productivity for the medical practice, meeting their specific objectives.
