Pricewise was contracted by a major electronics retail company in the Czech Republic and Slovakia to help manage their loyalty club, which accounts for 50% of the company's sales. The main objective was to begin segmentation, data analysis, and individual marketing communication based on previous purchases. Pricewise began by clearing the company's database to identify active contacts and then started basic segmentations and special marketing communications based on past purchases. They created 23–25 scenarios to give customers an impulse to buy products more often. Their services have been instrumental in the company's direct contact through email and SMS, big data customer analytics, measuring financial impacts, and technical support. The collaboration began officially in November 2016 and is still ongoing, with the company spending €5,000 per month on Pricewise's services.

Pricewise also partnered with Medusa Group, a gastronomic group with over 40 restaurants, clubs, and cafes in Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Vienna. They provided consultancy and analytics support for Medusa's loyalty program, the Medusa Card. Pricewise helped design the program benefits and rules, and since its launch, they have helped target and customize the 10 monthly campaigns based on customer preferences or history. They also managed the company's newsletters and added automation features. In addition, Pricewise provided a database to assist with directly targeting campaigns to customers, measuring financial impact, and analyzing customer data. The partnership with Pricewise, which started in February 2012, continues to provide valuable support in co-creating direct campaigns, including graphic design, coding, and technical support of chosen marketing activities.
