Pricewise undertook a CRM Consulting and Digital Strategy project for a consumer electronics retailer in Slovakia and Czech Republic. The retailer sought to overhaul their loyalty club marketing communications, which had been launched in 1999. Pricewise was tasked with segmentation, data analysis, and individual marketing communication based on previous purchases. They began by clearing the retailer's database, then moved on to segmentation and special marketing communications. The system they put in place recognizes past purchases to supply customers with relevant offers. In another project, Pricewise provided Direct Marketing and Analytics for Medusa Group, a gastronomic group with over 40 restaurants, clubs, and cafes in Slovakia, Czech Republic, and Vienna.
