Preterion successfully completed a project for Matrix Support Services Pty Ltd, a finance administration support company assisting Telstra telephony dealers in Australia. Matrix required a robust CRM system to manage the workflow of credit applications and capture customer information. Preterion met with Matrix's management team to understand their workflow processes and provided a number of CRM alternatives, including open-source and proprietary. They developed a solution called MAD (Matrix Administration Application), which was tested in a test environment for two weeks before full implementation. The project, which cost $26,000, started in April 2013 and was fully operational by August 2013. Preterion continues to provide IT and day-to-day support for the MAD solution, demonstrating their commitment to their client's ongoing success.
