Preterion successfully developed a CRM system for Matrix Support Services Pty Ltd, a finance administration support company that assists telephony dealers. The project was initiated in response to Matrix's need to manage their rapidly growing customer base and streamline the processing of credit applications. Preterion's team, led by director Cris, worked closely with Matrix's management to understand their workflow, identify potential improvements, and design a CRM solution that would be both effective and user-friendly. Despite the challenge of having to work with predominantly manual processes, Preterion was able to deliver a robust solution known as MAD (Matrix Administration Application) that met Matrix's needs. The project, which cost $26,000, was completed in August 2013. Since then, Preterion has continued to provide IT support for the MAD solution and general support for Matrix's business operations.
