Pragmile

Pragmile was hired by Corporator, a software company, to expedite the delivery of their new software product. The software was built using React, JavaScript, and Redux store, with Pragmile tasked with integrating the various components developed by different vendors. The team of four from Pragmile ensured that each component was representative of the client's brand style. The collaboration, which began in January 2018, was a result of Pragmile's solid references and impressive co-located team in Warsaw, which was a rare find among outsourced companies.

In another project, Pragmile partnered with a large UK consulting firm to provide specialist technical support across architecture, development, and testing. The project involved a mix of custom and package development around the client's core middle and front office insurance operation. Pragmile was chosen for their ability to quickly and effectively recruit top talent with incredibly niche skills against very aggressive client timelines. The recruitment process was efficient, with Pragmile identifying suitable candidates nearly straight away.

Insurwave, a platform for insurance teams, hired Pragmile to extend their Agile Delivery Teams with a contract workforce. Pragmile was chosen for its proximity, culture fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. The project involved the provision of developer services and workforce to increase the delivery capacity of Agile Delivery Teams. Pragmile's team of 6-10 employees actively contributed to software design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance, as well as the continuous improvement of software engineering practices and tools.
