The project was carried out through a series of meetings, research, and feedback loops, with Pragmatics maintaining consistent communication and providing weekly updates. The design process included in-person problem-solving sessions to align on the finer details of the design and user experience. The team from the startup worked directly with the 2 co-founders of Pragmatics throughout the project.

Ground News, a news comparison platform, engaged Pragmatics Studio for ongoing design support for marketing projects and web design. The vendor was chosen based on a strong word-of-mouth recommendation. The project was not a single specific task but a series of projects providing ongoing design support. The CEO of Ground News worked with one designer from Pragmatics Studio throughout the duration of the project.

An education technology company engaged Pragmatics Studio to add a functionality to their software that allowed school administrators to set schedules on behalf of tutors. The vendor was chosen due to a previous positive working experience with one of the lead UI/UX developers, Allan, who had moved to Pragmatics Studio. The project involved a kick-off call, user story creation, weekly meetings with Allan, and research into how other companies tackled similar challenges. By the fifth week, the project was completed.
