The company selected Pragmatic based on their experience in performance and load testing. Pragmatic was provided with technical details about the platform, environment, and architecture. Scripts were prepared and executed, issues were identified, fixed, and tests were re-executed. The collaboration was between the test lead from the client's side and the lead from Pragmatic's side.

A luxury goods e-commerce company engaged Pragmatic LLC to conduct third-party testing and validation of their new e-commerce store's core functionality. The goal was to ensure the honesty of the development team and the continuous testing of the site even with changes in development teams. Pragmatic was introduced to the company by an e-commerce consultant. The Pragmatic team tested the core functionality and new deliverables weekly, raising issues with the development team and escalating critical or showstopper issues to the management team. The team comprised of the Founder/CTO and a mid-level tester from Pragmatic.

They were responsible for improving confidence in releases and test suites by removing unnecessary tests, rewriting existing ones, and filling in gaps in testing. They liaised across the company to understand where defects were being found and helped track them down. They introduced new testing methods and helped upskill the team. The project was handled by one quality assurance engineer from Pragmatic.
