Practia Consulting worked with DUCSA, the largest fuel distribution company in Uruguay, on a Sharepoint development project. Practia provided comprehensive Sharepoint training to the DUCSA team and subsequently redesigned and reengineered the company's extranet. They migrated the system to Sharepoint, added a client loyalty program, and incorporated other services, functionalities, and technologies such as AngularJS and Bootstrap to make the extranet responsive. The project, which began in April 2015 and lasted a year and a half, cost around $50,000 per year. DUCSA has identified further requirements and plans to continue working with Practia in the future.

Practia Consulting was hired by ZonaTecno, a tech retail company in Uruguay, for an e-commerce web development project. ZonaTecno wanted to update its online platform to provide a better user experience and stand out among other e-commerce sites. Practia developed the first phase of the project in 2014 and the second phase in 2015. The project cost over $100,000 and is ongoing, with Practia making adjustments and incorporating new trends as required.

Plan Ceibal, a non-profit organization providing laptops and internet connectivity to public education students in Uruguay, engaged Practia Consulting for a web development project. Practia helped maintain the organization's portal and added new functionalities. They resolved issues that had been previously considered unsolvable due to the organization's lack of expertise in .Net or Microsoft technologies. The team of two or three people worked primarily with Sharepoint and software quality optimization. The one-year contract, which began in early 2015 and is ongoing, is valued between $15,000 and $20,000.
