Prabal Design was hired by a finance company to design a website, app, and CRM software, as well as to provide digital marketing services. The goal was to digitize the manual process, increase sales by 200%, and achieve a target of 1000 crores in the next 5 years. The project was initiated by an associate who took all process details, then collaborated with a designer, strategist, and developer. The website was built in 15 days, automating the lead process and offering a good design.
Prabal Design was chosen by Entellus IoT Labs to provide UX/UI design and design strategy for their product, Factorie - Intelligent Ecosystem. The goal was to improve UX, develop better methodologies for profitability, and devise a release strategy. The project involved stakeholder workshops, user discussions, ideation, and design execution phases, with the vendor responsible for the UX/UI design and product strategy. The team was composed of a project manager, UX designers, UI developers, backend developers, and QA.
