Powerkh

Powerkh was hired by Revolveenergy, a company specializing in building automation and sustainable energy systems, to work on their Photovoltaic System Design & Revision project. The Senior controls engineer of Revolveenergy sought out Powerkh's expertise in BIM management, documentation, workflow improvement, process automation, and Revit modeling. Powerkh was chosen due to their excellent culture fit and communication skills. The project involved Revit modeling of a photovoltaic system, including various components such as cable management, PV modules, roof attachment system, and electrical equipment, among others. The key deliverable was precise drawings showing the detailed design of a large PV solar system.

SkyGrab, an industrial inspection and surveying company, utilized Powerkh's services for their 3D Modeling & CAD project. The CEO of SkyGrab hired Powerkh to transfer internal 3D scans of petroleum storage vessels into 3D drawings and conduct FEA analysis from the point cloud. Powerkh was selected due to their high ratings and budget-friendly pricing. The project scope included scanning and creating as-built drawings of a storage tank and conducting FEA analysis on discovered warping of the tank's internal structure.

Powerkh collaborated with Concrete Bureau, a company specializing in VDC solutions, BIM services, and procedures, on their Structural Modeling & Documentation project. The Co-founder of Concrete Bureau hired Powerkh to develop a full Revit structural model based on their engineering design, model various structural components, generate structural and shop drawings for concrete works, and coordinate with architectural and MEP models. Powerkh was chosen due to their high ratings and good value for cost. The key deliverables of the project included a LOD 350 structural Revit model, a full structural drawing package ready for IFC submission, and coordination reports and clash resolution documentation.
